Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms govern your use of cnvrt-club.com and any membership, community, or content offered under the CNVRT brand, operated by Aeroforge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "CNVRT"), in partnership with Harucon Ventures.

2. What CNVRT is

CNVRT is a private, paid membership community for ad agencies and freelancers who run paid ad accounts for ecommerce clients. Membership gives access to the systems, calls, and community Harucon Ventures runs for its own agency operations, opened up to members. It is education and community access, not managed services, not investment advice, and not a guarantee of business results beyond whatever specific guarantee is stated at signup (see clause 4).

3. Joining and your Skool account

Membership is joined, billed, and administered through Skool (skool.com), a third-party platform. Creating a Skool account and completing checkout there is governed by Skool's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms. These Terms govern your use of this website and your conduct inside the CNVRT community and content, not the Skool checkout itself.

4. Membership & billing

• Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at skool.com/cnvrt.
• You can cancel at any time through Skool; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at signup.
• Any specific guarantee terms offered at signup (such as a results-based refund guarantee) will be stated explicitly in your enrollment agreement or on the Skool page, and take precedence over this general clause.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share paid content, recordings, or internal materials outside the membership, not to use the community to solicit members for a competing paid offer, and not to use the Site or community for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All systems, frameworks, recordings, and materials shared inside CNVRT remain the property of Aeroforge LLC / Harucon Ventures. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own agency, not to resell, redistribute, or repackage them.

7. No guaranteed results

Marketing and growth outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own execution. Nothing in CNVRT, on this Site, or in any call or material, is a promise or guarantee of specific revenue, profit, or growth results for your agency, beyond whatever specific guarantee is stated explicitly at signup.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and membership are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeroforge LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site or membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
