1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms govern your use of cnvrt-club.com and any membership, community, or content offered under the CNVRT CLUB brand, operated by Aeroforge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "CNVRT CLUB"), in partnership with Harucon Ventures.

2. What CNVRT CLUB is

CNVRT CLUB is a private, paid membership community for eCommerce founders and the agencies who scale them, currently priced at $500/month. Membership gives access to the systems, calls, and community Harucon Ventures runs for its own operations, opened up to members. It is education and community access, not managed services, not investment advice, and not a guarantee of business results.

3. Applications are reviewed, not automatic

Submitting the waitlist form is an application, not an enrollment. We review applications and may accept or decline any applicant at our discretion. Being declined, or not hearing back, does not create any obligation on our part.

4. Membership & billing

Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at signup.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at signup.
Any specific guarantee terms offered at signup (if any) will be stated explicitly in your enrollment agreement and take precedence over this general clause.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share paid content, recordings, or internal materials outside the membership, not to use the community to solicit members for a competing paid offer, and not to use the Site or community for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All systems, frameworks, recordings, and materials shared inside CNVRT CLUB remain the property of Aeroforge LLC / Harucon Ventures. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business, not to resell, redistribute, or repackage them.

7. No guaranteed results

Marketing and growth outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in CNVRT CLUB, on this Site, or in any call or material, is a promise or guarantee of specific revenue, profit, or growth results for your business.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and membership are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeroforge LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site or membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
